Position: Staff Pharmacist Sterile Compounding
Setting: Home Infusion Pharmacy
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (No weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile IV compounding and parenteral drug preparation for home infusion patients

• Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of compounded medications

• Collaborate with nurses and clinicians on therapy monitoring and adjustments

• Maintain compliance with USP <797> and institutional safety protocols

Requirements:

• Active Michigan Pharmacist License

• Hands-on experience with IV compounding / sterile preparation

• Background in home infusion or inpatient hospital pharmacy

• Familiarity with parenteral drug therapy programs and clinical monitoring preferred
