Outpatient Infusion Pharmacist | Contract | Ithaca, NY

A respected healthcare facility in Ithaca, NY is seeking a Pharmacist to join their Outpatient Infusion team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sterile compounding and an interest in supporting oncology services. You'll play a critical part in patient care, working closely with providers, nurses, and patients.

Position Details:

• Location: Ithaca, NY

• Start Date: ASAP

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

• Duration: 13 weeks+ contract (potential to extend)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile compounding of infusion and oncology medications

• Oversee chemotherapy preparations and ensure compliance with safety standards

• Consult with physicians, nurses, and patients to support optimal treatment outcomes

Ideal Candidate:

• Active New York Pharmacist License

• Infusion or sterile compounding experience required

• Experience with chemotherapy medications is highly preferred
