Position Overview:

• Location: Lancaster, PA

• Setting: Retail Pharmacy

• Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Pharmacy Manager to manage inventory, analyze weekly sales, and ensure optimal stock levels

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescription and OTC medications

• Provide expert guidance to patients on medication use and self-care

• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure seamless patient support

• Regularly administer immunizations to patients

• Serve as acting supervisor in the Pharmacy Managers absencemanaging schedules, assigning duties, and supporting staff performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License (required)

• Immunization License (preferred but not required)
