This is a hands-on leadership roleyoull oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage HR issues (no on-site HR team), and support a team-focused culture. Visibility and team motivation are key!
Qualifications:

Licensed Pharmacist in NY

510 years experience (LTC, hospital, or retail)

PIC or LTC leadership experience preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
- Framework/ECM software knowledge a plus
