• Progress Monitoring: Document patient responses, monitor progress, and provide feedback to the supervising occupational therapist.

• Equipment Preparation: Set up and maintain therapy equipment and ensure a safe treatment environment.

• Collaboration: Work as part of an interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.

• Current certification as a COTA and licensure in the state of practice.

• CPR certification preferred.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Experience in rehabilitation, home health, or outpatient settings preferred.
