We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Hospital Pharmacist to join our inpatient healthcare team. As a Hospital Pharmacist, you will be responsible for preparing and dispensing medications, verifying prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with medication safety standards. Your expertise will directly support the medical staff and improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently for hospitalized patients.

• Review medication orders for interactions, contraindications, and dosage accuracy.

• Prepare intravenous (IV) admixtures and other sterile preparations.

• Advise medical staff on proper medication use, side effects, and compatibility.

• Monitor patient medication therapy and adjust regimens based on clinical feedback.

• Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing and inventory.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Participate in medication safety programs and audits.

Requirements:

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.

• Active and current pharmacist license.

• Prior experience in a hospital or inpatient pharmacy setting.

• Knowledge of sterile compounding and hospital information systems.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
