Job Description: Physical Therapist

We are looking for a compassionate and driven physical therapist to join our rehabilitation team. As a physical therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement treatment programs to help patients regain movement, improve function, and alleviate pain. Your work will contribute to improving patients' overall physical well-being and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose physical conditions and evaluate mobility, strength, and range of motion.

2. Treatment Planning: Develop personalized rehabilitation plans based on each patient's diagnosis, goals, and progress.

3. Therapeutic Interventions: Use manual therapy, exercise routines, and equipment to improve physical function and reduce pain.

4. Progress Monitoring: Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to maximize recovery.

5. Patient Education: Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, post-treatment care, and injury prevention strategies.

Requirements:

• Doctorate or master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.

• Valid physical therapy license in the state of practice.

• Knowledge of physical therapy methods, techniques, and equipment.

• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
