Staff Pharmacist Contract-to-Hire | Community Health Clinic | Columbus, OH

A respected community health organization in Columbus, OH is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for its Short North location. Known for its commitment to HIV/AIDS care and underserved populations, this is a 13-week contract-to-hire role with an immediate start.

Position Details:

• Start: ASAP

• Schedule: MonFri, 8:00 AM7:00 PM; Sat 9:00 AM3:00 PM (rotating)

• Setting: In-house clinic pharmacy supporting medical providers and patients

• Model: 340B

Key Duties:

• Verify prescriptions and ensure clinical accuracy

• Provide patient consultations and adherence counseling

• Support 340B operations and medication access programs

• Collaborate with medical, behavioral, and case management teams

• Promote pharmacy services and health outcomes within the community

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist License

• 3+ years of experience in a 340B or clinical health center setting preferred

• Strong knowledge of HIV/AIDS medications and support resources
